The reason being the candidate having too many talents expressed in the CV. With a lack of a clear and concise CV, the employer notices all the potential of the candidate, yet the candidate seems to be good at everything, makes the employer uncomfortable and unsure what type of job would suit such a candidate. If hired, the most likely outcome will be that the potential of the candidate will not be maximized, making the company lose un-utilized potential and making the candidate feel like the job is inadequate.
